Things to do in Culebra

Culebra is small enough that a full week here isn't wasted, and a single day isn't nearly enough. Below is the breakdown by category. For the deeper beach guide, see Beaches; for logistics, Travel tips.

Full-day and half-day snorkel + beach tours combining Cayo Luis Peña, Culebrita, Carlos Rosario, and Flamenco. Most operate out of Ensenada Honda in Dewey.

Water taxis

Point-to-point transport to the surrounding cays, no snorkel guiding required.

If everyone's booked, you'll usually find captains along the Dewey waterfront.
