During your rental

If you have a flat, a mechanical issue, or need help getting back — open the app and tap Roadside help. That routes to whoever is on call, and they come to you with parts or a swap bike. There is no extra charge for the standard call.

Booking, receipts, refunds

Email seebikesllc@gmail.com for anything about a reservation, receipt, or deposit refund. We reply the same day during business hours.

Common questions

Most everyday questions — pickup, deposits, kids, weather, cancellations, ferry timing — are answered on the FAQ page.

App issues

If the app crashes, won't sign in, or shows the wrong information, email seebikesllc@gmail.com with:

• Your phone model (e.g. iPhone 15, Pixel 8)
• Your OS version
• What you were doing when it broke
• A screenshot if you can grab one
